THE LADDERS study
The Ladders Study is a research study aiming to improve support for people with moderate to severe learning disabilities who experience anxiety. The study is led by a research team at Aston University in Birmingham, UK and is funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). Development of the study was funded by Autistica.

About the Research Team
The Ladders Study is led by a team of researchers based at Aston University, with support from colleagues at University College London and Leicester Clinical Trials Unit. The team are passionate about improving the lives and outcomes of children with intellectual disability, autism and rare genetic syndromes, and their families.
